    This hotel is well-maintained and of great quality overall. the staff at check-out, especially the manager, are excellent. Plus, the location near the town center is just perfect! 👍.

    The units are fantastic, great-sized. The setting is unbeatable, its right by supermarket and town centre, and the smaller boats. You can relax at The Entrance Hotel, located nearby:)))

    Had a VERY NICE stay in our 16 nights, nothing to complain about. Our luxury cottage was good-sized with wood fire stove. We had a lounge area and WiFi.

    Nothing that i didnt like.

    Bright, neat rooms, exceptionally comfortable bed, welcoming staff. A fully furnished kitchen and best bathroom. Location not far from Te Anau with another couple and restaurants and shops and the mountains.

    Review for Birchwood Cottages in Te Anau:

    We had a wonderful stay at Birchwood Cottages! the cozy bedroom provided us with a great night's sleep, making it feel like a home away from home. We appreciated having a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator available right from the start. the location is perfect, with an easy walk to all the attractions we wanted to visit.

    The Cottage is wonderful!!!!!!! Very warmth and confortable in winter. The owner of this cottage is super friendly and hospitality. You will fell like at home! His check in office just like a imformation center. You can get any imformation, even buy the ticket you plan to go. When we left the house, he checked the road condition for us and tell us that the road has Black Ice and shere the driving experience with us. Great house!!!!!!!!

    Owners are extremely friendly and helpfull, going the extra step to ensure we had a very comfortable stay. E.g having the heater on, to warm the room for us when we returned from a cold day out. Free phone calls to Australia.

    Excellent facities in room. Very comfotable bed, great view of mountains from outside decking.

    Units were a bit close to the main road which could be busy at peak periods however it was quiet at the time we stayed there
